" Tornado Alley 1953" Phase 1 ~ Feb - May 1953

 Goodfellow AFB, TX - Jackson, MI - Ellington AFB, TX - Camp Chaffe, AR - Memphis AFB, TN - Smokey Hill AFB, KS - Lake Charles AFB, LA

Purpose: Conduct rawinsonde observations and provide data for severe weather forecasting.

A One Day Maneuver, To and from Municipal Airport, Shawnee, OK ~ Feb 1953

Purpose: Conduct a one day maneuver to receive training on convoy procedures and field operation of rawinsonde and pibal units.
